II.  Full Member Categories

Full (Voting) members shall be any business entity, firm or corporation which has been in business for a minimum of one (1) year and qualifies under one of the following categories (please check applicable category):

Producer - Manufacturers of one or more of the following products; bonded magnets, ceramic magnets, metal magnets, soft ferrites and soft metallic materials and such other magnets or magnetic materials as may hereafter be added by the Board of Directors; or,

Distributor/Fabricator - Distributors of magnetics materials and/or, manufacturers of components containing magnetics or,

________

Supplier - Suppliers of products to the magnetics industry.

III.  Dues Structure

Dues are based on sales as defined by the total global sales of the Magnetics Industry-related Product or products of the member entity. Dues are payable in US dollars.
